1、Responsible for screening, small pilot process development and pilot scale up and production of antibody, peptide and small molecule drug coupling process.
2、Responsible for purification process development and pilot scale up and production of ADC drugs.
3、Responsible for ADC routine analytical method development and assay.
4、Complete experimental data analysis, experimental progress reports and project summary reports.
5、Responsible for the daily management of relevant laboratories and pilot plants.
6、Responsible for managing the project process and timeline, and coordinating with other departments to promote the completion of the project
7、Responsible for improving the platform construction of ADC in the lab and pilot production plant.

1、Master's degree or above in pharmacy, biology and chemistry related fields.

2、Good research skills, preferably with antibody drug coupling;

3、Excellent communication skills and executive ability.

4、A diligent and studious work attitude, the ability to proactively identify, analyze and solve problems arising from work, and excellent experimental design and optimization skills.

5、Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
