1、Prepare microbial molecular experimental materials, such as media, solutions, plates, etc., and perform related aseptic operations.
2、Independently perform experimental operations in fermentation shakers and fermenters.
3、Responsible for the development and optimization of fermentation processes.
4、Complete technical documentation and reports and other related documents.
5、Assist the supervisor to complete other related auxiliary work.

1、Microbiology, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, fermentation engineering and other related majors, bachelor or master degree.

2、Familiar with fermentor operation, aseptic operation, experience in relevant microbial fermentation projects is preferred.

3、Familiar with E. coli plasmid and yeast recombinant protein fermentation process, with relevant experience is preferred.

4、Familiar with the fermentation process and the ability to independently operate and maintain fermentation equipment.

Familiar with the operation of bioreactors and various analytical equipment, familiar with the physiological characteristics of major industrial microorganisms.

5、Strong ability to design fermentation experiments, analyze results and solve problems.

Good professional English reading and writing skills and literature review ability.

6、Work conscientiously, have a good attitude, responsible, strong initiative, motivation and strong learning ability.

7、Have good communication skills and teamwork ability.
