1、Responsible for buffer configuration, primary purification and purification of plasmids and other nucleic acid APIs; operation of purification equipment such as ultrafiltration system, chromatography system, etc.
2、Responsible for daily sample purification operations and equipment use records in the laboratory.
3、Responsible for recording operational steps, filling in results and immediate review work.
4、Assist in being responsible for purification process development.
5、Assist the supervisor with other related support work.

1、Bachelor or Master degree in microbiology, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, biochemistry, fermentation engineering and other related majors; experience in plasmid purification is preferred.

2、Familiar with the purification process, with the ability to independently operate and maintain purification equipment.

3、Strong ability in experimental design, result analysis and problem solving.

4、Good professional English reading and writing skills and literature review ability.

5、Conscientious work, positive attitude, responsibility, strong initiative, motivation and strong learning ability.

6、Have good communication skills and teamwork ability.
