1、Responsible for the development and optimization of the company's platform culture media.

2、Develop customized culture media according to customer requirements and the characteristics of their cell lines and products, and complete the confirmation of cell culture process characteristics.

3、Docking with the culture medium production department to complete the confirmation of cell culture process characteristics for each commercial production batch of culture medium dry powder.

4、Organizing and recording experimental data and writing development reports according to requirements.

5、Responsible for the maintenance and management of laboratory related instruments.

1、Biology, animal medicine, biochemistry, pharmaceutical and other professional background; college degree or above.

2、Possess some knowledge of cell biology, experience in aseptic operation, cell culture and high-resolution mass spectrometry operation is preferred. 

3, with certain DoE experimental design and analysis capabilities, familiar with the principles and applications of JMP/Minitab and other related software is preferred. 

4、Familiar with common biological laboratory equipment, experimental operation specifications and experimental safety precautions.

5、Good experimental execution ability and planning, able to objectively analyze experimental data results.

6、 Good English reading and writing skills, the ability to retrieve and read literature, and the ability to use office computer software proficiently.

7、 Strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, good presentation skills and teamwork ability.
