1、Responsible for cell culture process development and production, including culture medium screening, shake flask culture process optimization, bioreactor culture process optimization, scaling up and production.
2、Participate in the implementation of project process design and development of experimental protocols.
3、To organize and record experimental data and write project reports according to requirements.
4、Responsible for the maintenance and management of relevant instruments in the laboratory.
5、Participate actively in the development and construction of cell culture platform.
1、Biology, animal medicine, biochemistry, pharmaceutical and other professional background; college degree or above.
2、Have some knowledge of cell biology, experience in aseptic operation, cell culture, etc. may be preferred.
3、Familiar with common equipment of biological laboratory, experimental operation specification and experimental safety precautions.
