1、Can perform technology transfer receiving work and be able to write process documents such as bill of materials, process batch records.

2、Able to identify in the process, key process parameters and quality attributes.

3、Be able to perform shop floor production tasks independently and be able to act as a trainer and provide hands-on training to shop floor production personnel.

4、Support equipment validation and be able to write equipment type SOPs.

1、Can independently operate TFF/column chromatography systems and other related equipment and write processes.

2、Have the ability and awareness of aseptic operation.

3、Skilled in using common dispensing systems.

4、Have experience in antibody production and purification related positions.
