1、Responsible for the purification of coupled drugs, including column chromatography, UF/DF and other methods.

2、Responsible for the process development, optimization and amplification of coupled drug purification.

3、To complete records of experimental reports, work reports, etc.

4、Participate in laboratory management, including daily maintenance of equipment and writing of documents such as SMP/SOP.

1、Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or other related majors.

2、More than 1 year working experience in R&D or production of macromolecules or ADCs, familiar with purification process.

3、Familiar with AKTA, TFF and other systems.

4、Strong subjective initiative, able to take the initiative to find and solve problems.

5、Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

6、Have certain English reading ability and can independently review relevant literature.
