1、Responsible for coupling drug sample preparation, including reduction, coupling and purification steps.

2、Completing records such as experimental reports and work reports.

3、Participate in laboratory management, including daily maintenance of equipment and the writing of SMP/SOP and other documents.

1、Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or other related majors.

2、More than 1 year working experience in ADC R&D or production, and understanding of the coupling drug development process.

3、Have certain organic synthesis or drug synthesis ability and research background.

4、Strong subjective initiative, able to take the initiative to identify and solve problems.

5、Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

6、Have some English reading ability and can independently review relevant literature.
