1、Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or other related majors.

2、More than 1 year working experience in macromolecule or ADC quality analysis.

3、Familiar with the use of HPLC, iCIEF, CE, UV and other instruments.

4、Strong subjective initiative, able to take the initiative to find and solve problems.
