2、Responsible for the development, optimization and validation of relevant analytical methods, as well as daily analytical work.

3、Completing records such as experimental reports and work reports.

4、Participate in laboratory management, including the daily maintenance of equipment and the writing of documents such as SMP/SOP.

1、Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or other related majors.

2、More than 3 years working experience in macromolecule or ADC quality analysis.

3、Familiar with the use of HPLC, MS and other instruments.

4、Strong subjective initiative, able to take the initiative to find and solve problems.

5、Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

6、Have certain English reading ability, and can independently review relevant literature.
