1、Responsible for the overall work things and daily work management of the warehouse, coordinate the work between this department and other only departments.

2、Responsible for the designation and revision of warehouse operation SOP and management system, improve the processes of warehouse management.

3、Develop warehouse work plan for this month, summarize and analyze the work situation in the previous month, and lead the staff to accomplish the target tasks.

4、Responsible for managing the daily work of the warehouse manager, so that the daily work is efficient, accurate and orderly.

5、Responsible for the implementation and execution of the systems in the warehouse.

6、Responsible for the rationalization planning and management of the warehouse, responsible for the development of the planning of each warehouse.

7、Responsible for organizing the inventory of the warehouse to ensure that the cards, accounts and things are consistent.

8、Provide work guidance, business knowledge training and regular assessment to warehouse managers.

9、Responsible for supervising and dealing with bad materials and stagnant materials.

10、Supervise the warehouse and shipping area on site and implement 5S and visual management.

1、At least 5 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control and other logistics related work.

2、Have background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmaceutical circulation industry and practical experience in pharmaceutical cold chain.

3、Responsible, can withstand large work pressure.

4、Excellent problem solving ability, on-site emergency handling ability
