1、Assist in establishing a quality management system for utility facilities and strictly enforce it to ensure the effective operation of the equipment is normal.

2、Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, repair and verification of facilities to ensure the safe operation of the company's facilities (HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, etc.).

3、Responsible for the management of clean plant systems.

4、Cooperate with EHS audits, GMP audits and daily audits, and implement rectification according to the schedule of the rectification plan for the items found.

5、Responsible for the preparation and audit of quality changes and deviations in the process of operation and maintenance.

6、Assist in the preparation and audit of new equipment introduction URS.

7、Complete the temporary work assigned by superiors.

8、Writing and preparing work plans, reports, budgets, etc. for the areas under responsibility.

1、College degree or above, majoring in HVAC, electromechanical integration and other related majors.

2、More than 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical plant equipment; familiar with equipment management, maintenance and improvement; new construction experience is a plus.

3、Familiar with biopharmaceutical HVAC equipment, can reasonably arrange the maintenance and repair work of equipment.

4、Able to independently prepare SOPs and checklists.

5、Certificates of electrician, welder, pressure vessel, etc. are preferred.
