1、Assist in the establishment of equipment management quality system and strictly enforce it to ensure the effective operation of the equipment is normal.

2、Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of equipment to ensure the safe operation of the company's equipment (liquid preparation, bioreactor, centrifuge, chromatography, purification, preparation, etc.).

3、Responsible for the numbering and labeling management of equipment.

4、Cooperate with EHS audit, GMP audit and daily audit, and implement rectification according to the schedule of rectification plan of the found items.

5、Responsible for the management of quality changes and deviations in the process of operation and maintenance.

6、Assist in the management of departmental documents.

7、Assist in the preparation of URS for the introduction of new equipment.

8、To complete other work assigned by superiors.

9、Writing and preparing work plans, reports, budgets, etc. for the areas under responsibility.

1、College degree or above, majoring in electrical and mechanical, HVAC, automation and other related majors.

2、At least 2 years working experience in biopharmaceutical plant equipment, familiar with equipment management, maintenance and improvement; new construction experience is preferred.

3、Familiar with biopharmaceutical production equipment, can reasonably arrange the maintenance and repair work of equipment.

4、Ability to independently prepare SOPs and checklists.

5、Skilled in Office/CAD.

6、Self-discipline, conscientious, proactive and able to withstand pressure.

7、Good communication and project management skills, as well as a strong sense of quality management.
