1、Assist in the establishment of equipment management system (strong power, weak power, power equipment, etc.), including SOP, and strict implementation to ensure the effective operation of equipment.

2、Cooperate with department leaders to complete the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment in the whole factory according to plan.

3、Responsible for daily management and maintenance of high and low voltage equipment.

4、Develop the daily operation specification of power supply and consumption system, emergency handling procedures and on-site guidance of electrical fault emergency handling.

5、Supervise the daily operation specification of electrical operators, and organize regular training of electrical personnel in relevant professional knowledge.

6、Cooperate with EHS audit, GMP audit and daily audit, and implement rectification according to the schedule of rectification plan found.

7、Responsible for the management of quality changes and deviations in the process of operation and maintenance.

8、Assist in the management of departmental documents.

9、Assist in the preparation of URS for the introduction of new equipment.

10、To complete other work assigned by superiors.

11、Writing and preparing work plans, reports, budgets, etc. for the areas under responsibility.

1、College degree or above, majoring in electrical automation, mechatronics and other related majors.

2、More than 5 years of work experience, more than 3 years of pharmaceutical plant experience is preferred.

3、With electrician certificate (high-voltage certificate, low-voltage certificate) is preferred, familiar with office software is preferred.

4、Familiar with electromechanical HVAC, electrical principles, water supply and drainage.
