1、Commissioning and validation of equipment in the new factory dispensing area, production line in-line commissioning and trial production.

2、Production phase in accordance with GMP specifications and process requirements for production tasks to ensure consistency of operations and documentation.

3、Skilled in dispensing production operations: solution preparation, sampling, delivery, storage, transfer, etc. as well as cleaning and sterilization of equipment and items.

4、Skilled in the use of various systems, equipment and instruments in the liquid preparation area: e.g. tube and tank systems, cleaning machines, sterilization cabinets, pH meters, etc.

5、Responsible for the collection, management and use of materials and consumables used in the dispensing area.

6、Responsible for the cleaning of the workshop in the dispensing area, daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

7、Accurately, compliantly and completely fill out batch records, equipment usage records, auxiliary records and other records in the production operation process.

8、Write and upgrade GMP documents in the dispensing area, such as SMP, SOP, batch records, etc.

9、Responsible for reporting, investigating, analyzing, formulating and implementing measures for deviations in the production process.

10、Responsible for making, evaluating, formulating and executing measures for changes in the dispensing area.

11、Respond to unexpected matters in daily production.

12、Complete all other tasks assigned by superiors.

1、College degree or above, preferably in biology, pharmaceutical or other related majors.

2、More than 3 years of work experience related to commercial dispensing, familiar with GMP and drug-related management regulations and the principles of equipment and systems related to buffer and culture medium preparation.

3、Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility.

4、Proficiency in using various office software, such as word, excel, PPT, etc.
