1、Responsible for the production operation according to the production plan, in strict accordance with GMP and relevant standard operating procedures, to complete the normal process operation and sampling, sample delivery, sample retention and other work.

2、Solvent/buffer preparation, column loading, protein purification process (column chromatography, virus inactivation, virus retention and ultrafiltration).

3、Responsible for SMP, SOP, batch record and other documents writing and handling deviation reports and records during the production operation.

4、Responsible for the completion and on-site maintenance of various records including production records, environmental records, cleaning records, etc.

5、Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of various instruments and equipment in this process, and when abnormalities are found in the equipment, the post holder or equipment manager should be notified in time to contact the equipment department for maintenance.

6、Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the area to which this process belongs, mastering the preparation and use of various disinfectants, and ensuring that environmental hygiene standards are met.

7、Responsible for assisting other processes: mastering the basic operations of other processes, accepting workshop scheduling and assisting other processes to complete their work tasks.

8、Responsible for completing other work tasks assigned by superiors.

1、College degree or above, majoring in biology, pharmacy or other related majors.

2、3 years and above relevant GMP work experience in biopharmaceutical industry.

3、Familiar with the operation of stainless steel production line production equipment and process self-control requirements.

4、Experience in protein purification in pilot scale or above (200L or above).

5、With relevant biopharmaceutical, GMP expertise, pharmaceutical machinery and equipment knowledge.

6、Intention to work in Lingang for a long time.
