1、Responsible for the development, optimization, verification and transfer of biological activity methods (including ELISA, cell-based assay, etc.), biological residue and safety analysis and detection (including residual HCP, residual DNA and residual Protein A), and writing and revising relevant documents to support the project schedule;

2、Responsible for the evaluation and application of new technologies/instruments;

3、Develop and implement monoclonal antibody characterization protocols for IND and BLA applications, mainly including supporting dosage form development through structural and degradation pathway characterization and stability studies;

4、Have cross-departmental communication skills, effectively follow up and communicate project progress;

5、 Analyzed and solved abnormal problems encountered in the experiment, sorted out and analyzed data in time to support the project schedule.

6、Able to take on multiple responsibilities and have good decision-making ability.

1、Master degree or above, major in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, immunology, biotechnology, basic medicine, etc.

2、At least 3 years related working experience; Doctoral degree or above 2 years related working experience is preferred;

3、Familiar with expression vector optimization construction, transfection, Western, ELISA, cell-based Assay, Cell proliferation inhibition, apoptosis, phagocytosis, ADCC, CDC, enzyme activity, flow cytometry and other experience is preferred, knowledge of statistics/mathematics background is preferred;

4、Familiar with cGMP, pharmacopoeia testing, biological drug application and registration regulations is preferred;

5、Literature retrieval, excellent English, can read and translate English literature fluently;

6、 strong curiosity to learn new things;

7、Have good professional dedication, team work spirit and communication and coordination skills.
