1、Responsible for the development of formulation development program and organization and implementation.

2、Responsible for formulation prescription screening and package material research.

3、Responsible for the management of formulation research laboratory.

4、Responsible for drafting preparation R&D platform documents, research protocols, development reports and declaration materials.

5、To complete other related work arranged by superiors and submit work reports as required.

1、Master's degree or equivalent and above, majoring in biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or other related fields.

2、At least 2 years of experience in formulation research, with lyophilized formulation research experience preferred.

3、Familiar with the development of monoclonal antibodies, dual antibodies or fusion protein formulations; familiar with formulation prescription screening, package screening and compatibility studies, formulation process optimization, DS/DP stability studies; familiar with formulation-related regulatory requirements.

4、Strong hands-on experimental skills and good experimental habits, strong summary and analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems encountered in the formulation development process.

5、Skilled in reading and writing English.

6、Good teamwork spirit, team management experience, conscientious and responsible, strong communication skills.
