1、Responsible for the development and organization of the downstream purification program of the production process.

2、Responsible for the management of the downstream purification laboratory of the process.

3、Responsible for the development and optimization of the downstream process of the project, and regular reporting of the project progress.

4、Responsible for drafting downstream platform documents, research protocols, development reports and declaration materials.

5、Responsible for technology transfer work, completing process transfer reports, cooperating with production staff to write SOPs and BPRs for purification processes.

6、Propose the configuration of downstream equipment of the production process, and be responsible for management and maintenance.

7、To manage the purification team downstream of the production process.

8、Complete other related work arranged by superiors and submit work reports as required.

1、Master or equivalent degree or above, majoring in biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or other related fields.

2、At least 2 years of work experience in purification.

3、Familiar with deep filtration, ultrafiltration and de-bacterial filtration, experience in de-virus filtration is preferred.

4、Familiar with monoclonal antibody, double antibody or fusion protein purification process development; mastering AKTA system operation and DOE design research; familiar with affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic and other media characteristics; understanding various protein amount analysis and detection methods.

5、Strong experimental hands-on ability and good experimental habits, strong summary and analysis ability, and the ability to solve complex problems encountered in the purification process.

6、Skilled in reading and writing English.

7、Good teamwork spirit, team management experience, conscientious and responsible, strong communication skills.
