1、Responsible for the construction of the laundry area of the new factory, including equipment selection, design and manufacturing tracking, debugging, verification, online debugging and trial production;

2、Responsible for the establishment and improvement of regional personnel organizational structure, including personnel interview evaluation, skill training and team building;

3、Responsible for laundry work in the region, including the formulation of laundry plan, personnel scheduling, material application, on-site management, quality control in the process and budget control;

4、Responsible for daily operation and simple maintenance of equipment in the region, including washing machine, sterilization cabinet, etc.;

5、Responsible for the management and filling of regional records;

6、Responsible for regional personnel training, work guidance and performance appraisal;

7、Responsible for regional work report and implementation of instructions;

8、Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of processes, processes and documents in the region;

9、Responsible for communication and coordination with other regions and departments within the region;

10、Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

1、College degree or above;

2、At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical factory; At least 3 years laundry management experience; 1 year or above regional management experience;

3、Familiar with GMP regulations, familiar with laundry, sterilization process management and related equipment operation and management;

4、Good Command of English and office software.
