1、Responsible for the formulation and implementation of downstream purification Chinese and English research programs.

2、Responsible for the management of downstream purification laboratory.

3、Responsible for the development and optimization of the downstream process of the project, and regularly report the progress of the project in Both Chinese and English.

4、Responsible for drafting downstream Chinese and English platform documents, training documents, research programs, development reports and application materials.

5、Responsible for technology transfer, complete process transfer report, and cooperate with production personnel to write SOP and BPR in English for purification process.

6、Propose configuration suggestions for downstream purification equipment, and be responsible for management and maintenance.

7、Manage the downstream purification team well.

8、Responsible for tackling difficult projects.

9、Complete other related work arranged by superior and submit work report as required.

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering.

2、with more than 4 years of purification work experience, familiar with deep filtration, ultrafiltration and de-bacterial filtration, experience in de-virus filtration is preferred.

3、Familiar with single antibody, double antibody or fusion protein purification process development; mastering AKTA system operation and DOE design research; familiar with affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic and other media characteristics; understanding various protein amount analysis and detection methods.

4、Strong experimental hands-on ability and good experimental habits, strong summary and analysis ability, and the ability to solve complex problems encountered in the purification process.

5、Skilled English reading and writing skills, good teamwork spirit, team management experience, conscientious and responsible, strong communication skills.
