3、 Be responsible for the development and detection of capillary electrophoresis methods, such as reduced / non reduced ce-sds, CIEF, CZE, etc., and verify the release methods;

4、Responsible for the evaluation and application of new technologies / instruments;

5、Formulate and implement the monoclonal antibody characteristic analysis scheme for ind and Bla declaration, mainly including the research on physical and chemical properties and stability, to provide support for the formulation development;

6、Have the ability of cross department communication, effectively follow up and communicate the project progress. Analyze and solve the abnormal problems encountered in the experiment, and timely sort out the analysis data to support the project progress;

7、Be able to take the initiative to undertake a variety of responsibilities and have good decision-making ability.

1、Master degree or above, major in pharmacy, analytical chemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, basic medicine, etc.

2、At least 5 years related working experience; Doctoral degree with more than 2 years related working experience is preferred; Rich experience in the development and optimization of physical and chemical analysis methods for antibodies;

3、Proficient in using UPLC/ HPLC, CE, microplate tester and other instruments, and understand methods and related principles;

4、Have a good understanding of cGMP, pharmacopoeia testing, biological drug application and registration regulations, and have a strong awareness of compliance;

5、Literature retrieval ability, excellent English, can read and translate English literature fluently;

6、Good professional dedication, team work spirit and communication and coordination skills.
