1、Responsible for the development and organization of downstream purification research protocols in English and Chinese. 

2、Responsible for the management of downstream purification laboratory. 

3、Responsible for the development and optimization of the downstream process of the project, and regular reporting of the project progress in Chinese and English. 

4、Responsible for drafting downstream platform documents, training documents, research protocols, development reports and filing materials in Chinese and English. 

5、Responsible for technology transfer work, complete process transfer report, cooperate with production staff to write SOP and BPR of purification process in Chinese and English.

6、Propose the configuration of downstream purification equipment, and be responsible for management and maintenance. 

7、To manage the downstream purification team.

8、Responsible for the difficult project of the attack work.

9、Complete other related work arranged by superiors and submit work reports as required. 

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering, at least 6 years of work experience in purification.

2、Familiar with single antibody, double antibody or fusion protein purification process development; master AKTA system operation and DOE design study; familiar with affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic and other media characteristics; understand various protein amount analysis and detection methods. 

3、Familiar with deep filtration, ultrafiltration and de-bacterial filtration, experience in de-virus filtration is preferred.

4、Strong experimental hands-on ability and good experimental habits, strong summary and analysis ability, and able to solve complex problems encountered in the purification process. 

5、Good teamwork spirit, team management experience, serious and responsible, strong communication skills.

6、Skilled English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
