1、Leading a team of scientists to support and manage cell culture media development for external customers.

2、Work closely with domestic and global marketing and sales teams to provide customer support.

3、Attend and provide subject matter expert consultancy to customers in China and also other global regions.

4、Continue development of cell culture basal and nutrient feed media.

5、Establish a platform media for mammalian cell culture system.

1、A master or bachelor degree in biological science, chemistry or a related discipline with at least 7 years of industry experience or a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of industry experience.

2、Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in GMP manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies or other protein therapeutics.

3、Experience in GMP facility design and construction, equipment selection, qualification and validation.

4、Experience in large-scale manufacturing operations with GMP requirements.

5、Experience in CMC regulatory affairs for US FDA, cFDA and EMA is a plus.

6、Thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical development process with technical expertise in industrial cell culture media development and manufacturing processes

7、Broad network of established relationships in the industry that provide access to direct customer feedback and creates opportunities for world-class responsiveness and innovative growth

8、Direct management experience with successful track record of building, coaching and mentoring a high-performing team.

9、Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders at a global, multinational level

11、Bi-lingual, fluent in Chinese and English reading, writing and conversation.
